Chiyaan61 is with Pa. Ranjith

Vikram, who was last seen in the film Kadaram Kondan, is all set to join hands with director Pa. Ranjith for his next project. The upcoming film has been tentatively titled #Chiyaan61. It will mark the first collaboration between Ranjith and Vikram. The film will be produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja under the banner of Studio Green. This new film will mark the 23rd production of Gnanavel Raja and will go on floors by December last week.

Ranjith, who made films like Kabali and Kaala, recently saw his Sarapatta Parambarai winning greater acclaims. The movie was based on the boxing culture that is prevalent in North Madras.
