Brad Pitt’s high-octane racing film F1 continues to speed past expectations at the global box office, even with Jurassic World Rebirth dominating screens. Despite not being part of a franchise, F1 has now crossed $300 million worldwide, with over $100 million in domestic collections alone.
F1 Box Office Collection Update
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, F1 has been a box office winner, offering a stunning cinematic experience—especially in IMAX. The film features real Formula One champions, including Lewis Hamilton, and combines intense race sequences with stellar performances.
According to Box Office Mojo, F1 earned $3.4 million on its second Monday, showing a 50.8% dip compared to the previous Monday. Despite the drop, it remains one of the strongest performers in Brad Pitt’s career as a lead actor.
Domestic and Global Earnings
- North America (Domestic): $112.7 million
- International Box Office: $188.5 million
- Worldwide Total: $301.2 million
With these numbers, F1 becomes the 9th Hollywood film of 2025 to surpass the $300 million mark globally. Industry experts suggest it may soon outperform the total global earnings of Sinners in the coming weeks.
Budget and Streaming Strategy
The film was made with an estimated budget between $200 million and $300 million. However, since it’s an Apple Studios production, the box office isn’t the only revenue source. Theatrical releases are part of Apple’s strategy to boost visibility and streaming performance on Apple TV+.
