BJP and RSS are fake Hindus: Rahul

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has invoked deities to attack the BJP and accused the ruling dispensation of being ‘fake Hindus.’.

Addressing a Mahila Congress event, Rahul said: ‘These people (the BJP) call themselves a Hindu party, but they undermine the powers of deities Lakshmi and Durga all over the country. Where ever they go, they attack the deities and call themselves Hindus. What kind of Hindus are they? They are fake Hindus. They exploit the religion.’

He also said that the ruling BJP dispensation have diminished the powers of women. Rahul said that the ideology of the Congress was completely opposite of the BJP-RSS and only one of the two ideologies can rule the country.
